1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the following business day. During product launches or sales events, dispatch times may extend up to 3–5 business days.

2. UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or DPD depending on order size and destination.

• Standard Tracked (2–4 business days): £2.95

• Free Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £50

All parcels include tracking information sent automatically by email once dispatched.

3. EU & International Shipping
We currently ship to select EU destinations. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 5–10 business days.

• Tracked EU Shipping: £9.95

• Free EU Shipping: Orders over £100

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.

4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation. Lost parcels will be investigated after 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (International) from the expected delivery date.

5. Address Accuracy
Ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Restricted Products
Certain items may not be available for shipment to specific countries due to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered are permitted in their jurisdiction before purchase.

7. Returns and Refunds
For return eligibility, please refer to our Returns Policy. Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
