What's in it

Organic instant coffee blended with 10:1 Lion's Mane extract, made from 100% fruiting bodies. Each serving contains 1,000mg of extract — the equivalent of 10,000mg of raw mushroom.

How to take it

One spoonful in hot water, as you would any instant coffee. It tastes like coffee, not like mushrooms.
