What it is

A drinking blend of Hericium erinaceus extract and Peruvian cacao. Mushrooms cultivated in Finland; blended and packed in Yorkshire.

What's in it

100g of organic Peruvian cacao blended with 10:1 Lion's Mane extract, made from 100% fruiting bodies. Each serving contains 1,000mg of extract — the equivalent of 10,000mg of raw mushroom.

How to take it

One spoonful in hot water or milk. Rich and chocolatey rather than earthy, and naturally caffeine-free apart from the small amount that occurs in cacao.
