Welcome spin: terms
These terms apply to the welcome spin wheel on mushroomdispensary.co.uk. By entering, you agree to them.
1. Who runs it
The promoter is CVC Labs LTD, trading as Mushroom Dispensary, whose registered office is Unit 10 Kingfisher Works, Neepsend, Sheffield S3 8AU (an office, not a shop). Contact us at contact@mushroomdispensary.co.uk.
2. Who can enter
UK residents aged 18 or over with a UK delivery address. Our employees and their households cannot enter.
3. When it runs
The promotion runs from the date this page is published until we end it. We will give at least 7 days' notice on this page before it closes. Codes already issued stay valid until they expire.
4. How to enter
Enter your email address in the spin wheel window on our website and press Spin the wheel. No purchase is needed.
Entering adds your email address to our marketing emails: the wheel says so next to the email field before you spin. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and unsubscribing does not cancel a prize you have already won.
One entry per email address. If an address enters more than once, only the prize from its first entry is valid, and we may cancel codes from later entries. Entries made by automated means, by interfering with the website or its code, or by using addresses created to get around this limit are invalid, and any prize from them may be withheld or cancelled.
5. Prizes and chances
Every valid entry wins one prize. The prize is chosen at random by the wheel when you press Spin the wheel, with these chances per entry:
- 10% off one order: 80% (80 in 100)
- 20% off one order: 15% (15 in 100)
- 15% off one order: 4% (4 in 100)
- A free 60-capsule jar: 1% (1 in 100)
The wheel shows each prize twice, on eight slices of the same size. The slices are the same size but the chances are not: the chances above are the ones that apply, and they are also shown under the wheel before you enter. There is no limit on the number of prizes awarded; the promoter funds all prizes.
6. Discount code prizes (10%, 15% and 20% off)
- Each code is unique to you and works once.
- It expires 14 days after it is created. Codes are created in daily batches, so you have at least 13 days from your spin; the email we send shows the same code.
- It applies to one-time purchases on mushroomdispensary.co.uk, not to subscriptions. There is no minimum spend.
- Only one offer can apply per order: a code cannot be combined with Buy 2, get 1 free or with any other discount code. If your basket qualifies for Buy 2, get 1 free, that offer applies instead, and your code stays valid for another order until it expires.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
7. The free 60-capsule jar
- The prize is a unique code that takes up to £24.99 off 60-capsule jars, which covers the price of any one 60-capsule jar. To use it, add one 60-capsule jar to your basket and enter the code at checkout before it expires (at least 13 days from your spin, as for the discount codes above).
- It works once, on a one-time purchase (not a subscription), and cannot be combined with Buy 2, get 1 free or any other code.
- Delivery is charged as normal on orders under £50. Orders of £50 or more get free UK delivery.
- Jars are subject to stock. There is no cash alternative, and any part of the £24.99 not used on the order is not refunded.
8. Getting your prize
Your prize code is shown on screen straight after the spin, with a button to copy it. We also email the same code to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
9. Your information
We use your email address to send your prize and our marketing emails, and to make sure each address enters once. Our email provider, Klaviyo, runs the spin wheel and sends our emails on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not publish winners' names; the number of free jars awarded is available on request. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information and your rights.
10. Changes
We may change or end the promotion for reasons beyond our reasonable control, with notice on this page. Changes never affect prizes already won.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
